In the early 2000s, there were many expats and INGO workers assigned to Nepal. The problem?-ACCOMMODATION. In our early years of establishment, there were not many houses in Kathmandu that would meet the housing requirements of the expats. The Real Estate business in Kathmandu was ripe for development when TJ’s Home Finder Real Estate broke onto the scene.
